-
$25,000/$50,000 in uninsured motorist bodily injury per person/per accident
In some cases, drivers may waive the uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage by signing an exclusion on the auto insurance policy. This is not generally recommended, however. If you get into a wreck with a driver who is not carrying insurance without this coverage, you could face paying for repairs to your vehicle out of pocket.
Car Insurance Coverages We Offer
Along with liability requirements, our full coverage car insurance policies generally include:
-
Comprehensive Coverage: Comprehensive coverage provides compensation for loss of or damage to the vehicle due to fire, wind, hail, lightning, smoke, theft, vandalism and more.
-
Collision Coverage: Collision coverage provides compensation for loss of or damage to the vehicle due to collision with another vehicle or object.
-
Medical Payments Coverage: Medical payments coverage helps with the cost of medical bills for you and your passengers after an accident, no matter who causes the accident.

Common Auto Insurance Questions
How Far Back Do Auto Insurance Companies Look?
Insurers generally look at your driving record for the past 5 years. If you have any lingering accidents or claims, they could affect the cost of your car insurance premiums. Accidents such as DUIs may stay on your driving record for as long as 10 years.
How Many Auto Insurance Claims Can You Have Per Year?
There is no set amount of claims you are allowed to make in a year, but typically filing three claims or more within a three-year period is a red flag. Some insurers may even drop clients with this high rate of auto insurance claims.
How Much Does Auto Insurance Cost?
The cost of auto insurance varies depending on several factors, including your location, driving record, credit score, claims history, coverage limits and more.
How Do Auto Insurance Claims Work?
When you file an auto insurance claim, a claims adjuster from the insurer will investigate the damages. If the claim is covered under your policy, the adjuster will calculate how much compensation you are entitled to. You will then receive compensation for damages with a time frame as dictated by your policy.
Why is Auto Insurance Important?
Aside from being legally required by state laws, auto insurance is critical in keeping you, your passengers and other people on the road safe. A single accident could result in thousands or even millions of dollars in damages, injuries and possible lawsuits. Auto insurance helps compensate you for the expensive bills so that you can focus on recovering.
